La Villa Dubrovnik is located near a Game of Thrones Filming Locations and Trsteno's Timeless Arboretum. Just 19 kilometers northwest of Dubrovnik lies Trsteno, a small town known for its quaint charm and stunning natural beauty. The town is home to the Arboretum, a unique botanical garden that showcases the region's lush flora and fauna. With its proximity to Dubrovnik and easy access to the main road towards Split, Trsteno is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Dubrovnik, the "Pearl of the Adriatic," is a city steeped in history and culture. Its majestic walls, narrow streets, and red-tiled roofs have enchanted visitors for centuries. Located in the south of Croatia, Dubrovnik is well connected to the rest of the country by road routes, the new Pelješac bridge, a new modern airport, and a new marina.

La Villa Dubrovnik offers breathtaking sea views, as well as a range of amenities to ensure complete relaxation and tranquility. Lounge by the large, heated private pool or enjoy the beautiful gardens, featuring a barbecue, fountain, and outdoor shower. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double rooms including 5 bathrooms. Five double rooms are in the main villa and one in the side annex. In the ground floor you can find three modern luxury rooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a tub. On the upper floor you can find two master bedrooms with a king size bed, a private bath with tub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony. To the side of the house, the villa annex holds the sixth accommodation unit including a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double and a bathroom. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The villa also boasts high-speed Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your stay.

La Villa Dubrovnik spacious outdoor terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy the spectacular views of the azure sea and verdant garden that served as a filming location for the iconic TV series Game of Thrones. Lounge by the large, heated private pool or enjoy the beautiful gardens, featuring a barbecue, fountain, and outdoor shower. Our villa also offers ample parking for up to five vehicles, providing added convenience and security.

The villa is situated just below the region’s oldest botanical garden, the lush Arboretum Trsteno, which is a stunning Renaissance estate and a Game of Thrones stand-in for the heavenly gardens of King's Landing.

Dubrovnik Old Town, the highlight of the region, is only a short 15-minute ride away by boat or car. You can also visit the nearby wine country of Pelješac, where you can enjoy some of the best wine Croatia has to offer, or head to Ston to taste the famous oysters. The Elaphiti Islands and the charming Korčula Island are also easily accessible, offering picturesque landscapes and stunning beaches.
