La propriété se décompose en 2 maisons.
Dans la première maison se trouve 3 chambres
( 2 à l'étage 1 au rez de chaussé ) 2 salles d'eau ( 1 à l'étage, 1 au rez de chaussé ) , 2 wc ( 1 à l'étage 1 au rez da chaussé ) un salon cuisine-ouverte, ainsi qu'un superbe extérieur, avec un chemin menant tout droit à la piscine.
Dans la seconde maison l'on retrouve la même configuration à la seule différence qu'il n'y à qu'un seul wc au rez de chaussé.
