The apartment is located just above the town of Castiglione della Pescaia in a quiet location and spoils its guests with a wonderful 180-degree view, from Principina beach to the peaks of “Monte Amiata”. The floor-to-ceiling French door allows plenty of natural light inside and opens access to the garden. There is a lounge area with sea views. Ideal for dining al fresco or taking a siesta in the shade.
The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The offer is aimed primarily at families or a small group of friends who value both the quiet location with sea views and the proximity to the sea and local services.
Apartment Bellavista has a private garden on the west side that offers spectacular views of the city and the sea.
