Traditional rustic style country house Riquers, with wooden beamed ceilings. The house is distributed in two floors.
From the entrance there is direct access to the open living/dining room. There is a wooden staircase that leads to a gallery where the beautiful and original library is located. The kitchen is spacious and has access to the outside. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, with traditional furniture and a shower-room.
On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and a shower-room.
The bedrooms have fans.
The electricity is generated with solar panels.
Directly at the house you will find a covered, shady terrace with a dining table and a chill-out corner. A few meters further is the spacious pool with sun loungers and sun protection. There are pleasant shaded areas on the property, which has a partly landscaped garden. A swing for small children is attached to a tree. A charcoal grill is available for culinary delights.
