"Dat Smucke Huus"

is located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen near the Tarnewitz district, in the middle of the "Mariannenweg" holiday resort, which was built in 2016.

It is surrounded by a spacious green area, which was built exclusively with beautiful thatched-roof houses.

The Baltic Sea is only about 400m away and can be reached on foot.

Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, only a few minutes' walk away.

You live in the middle of nature, so quiet, yet not far from the beach. The centre of the village can be easily reached on foot (if necessary with a trolley) or by bicycle (2 are available)

The house is extremely lovingly and comfortably furnished for up to 7 people

It consists of a large living/dining room with kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower as well as tub/shower) as well as HWR with WM and dryer and 4 TVs.

Outside there is a Finnish sauna and a garage with 2 new bicycles. Bicycles and a parking space.

On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen with dining area and living area, as well as the bathroom with shower.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with double beds, as well as the bathroom with bath or shower tub and the storage room with washing machine and dryer.

In the attic there is another bedroom with 2 single beds as well as the sleeping possibility (Attention: only 1,80 m x 0,75 m) for another person as well as a small storage room.

Outside, you can enjoy the spacious terrace with south-west orientation in the beach chair. Terrace furniture for 6 persons is available.

With 6 persons, one child up to 4 years of age may additionally travel free of charge.
