The detached holiday home built in 1956, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on a farm. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its secluded location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground and swing.

The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Large ground floor structure, a few steps from the forest Secluded area just steps from the forest. Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) is available in a carport.

air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via antenna, electric wire. TV channels only in local language. The accommodation is set up allergy-free and has hypoallergenic pillows. All bathrooms are equipped with an emergency call line.

Outdoor pool (salt water, 4 m x 10 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use, with a view of the surrounding area). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to the end of October.
