Villa Di Vino is located in a small traditional hamlet called Pacici in the municipality of Svetvincenat. The stone villa was completely restored in 2005 and renovated in 2022/2023. Villa Di Vino consists of 3 floors and is decorated in a warm style that gives you a feeling of home. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV and a guest toilet. Here you will also find the highlight of the villa - the beautiful wine cellar with 200 bottles of the best Istrian wines, such as Malavazija. The first and second floors are reserved for relaxation, where you can find two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. One of the bedrooms on the second floor also has direct access to a small terrace and a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In front of the villa is the large, inviting pool, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days or simply relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Just a few steps away is the covered summer kitchen - the perfect place for a family get-together where you can prepare delicious meals together on the charcoal grill. The beautiful stone Villa Di Vino is located in the small hamlet of Pacici in the municipality of Svetvincenat. The villa is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions, no matter where you go.
