This charming, renovated stone house is situated in the village Klarici, in an elevated position with a stunning panoramic view of the lake Butoniga on one side and Motovun on the other.
The house was built in 2007 and renovated in 2023 combining traditional Istrian architecture and modern furniture. The house has its own property of 200 sqm, private pool of 17 sqm, barbecue and dining table, 2 electric bicycles (at additional cost) and parking space.

Holiday home for 4 guests of 80 sqm consists of ground floor with equipped kitchen with dining table, air-conditioned double bedroom with access to the terrace and bathroom. On the first floor (attic) there is one open air-conditioned double bedroom with access to a large balcony with sitting furniture and beautiful panoramic view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
