Villa Karina is a newly built holiday home with pool near town of Porec and the beach.
In the fenced garden of 1100 sqm, guests have at their disposal a 32 sqm pool, a sunbathing lawn and 8 sunbeds, a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining, a summer kitchen, a children's playground, a volleyball and badminton court, and the possibility of charging electric cars. Only a few minutes by car from the house there is a restaurant, a water park, a petrol station, cafés and beautiful beaches.
Villa Karina has a total area of 190 sqm and is suitable for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor of the house there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two of which have access to the terrace. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
