Only separated from Lake Rheinsberg by the shore road, the vacation home for up to 3 adults and 1 child up to 9 years is located on a separate and fenced property of approx. 500 sqm, which was extensively renovated in 2023. The property includes a boathouse with rowing boat and jetty, only approx. 100 m away there is a beautiful bathing area, a restaurant (bread rolls can be purchased) and a rental station for bicycles and canoes. 62 square meter, ground floor non-smoking house is tastefully furnished and has a beautiful conservatory with dining table (the large sliding windows can be opened), from which you enter the large living room (relax couch, smart TV, game console, sofa bed - extra bed for 2 people) and on the other hand in the separate kitchen (another dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove) with transition to the bedroom (double bed). The bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer) is accessible from the living room and guests have exclusive use of the beautiful garden with various seating areas, Hollywood swing, sun loungers, fire bowl, barbecue, crib, high chair, bicycle storage facilities and a rowing boat. Parking is available outside the property in front of the boathouse.
The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Spa tax, if desired: bicycles (8 EUR/day), kayak or canoe 25 EUR/day.

The small resort of Warenthin, a district of the town of Rheinsberg, is located in the middle of the forest, idyllically situated between the Rheinsberger and Großer Linowsee lakes. The wooded and lake-rich surroundings on the edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District and in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park have always been a popular destination for excursions and offer numerous opportunities for an active vacation, and the area is particularly attractive for water hikers, as the many bodies of water in the region are all connected to each other. Lake Rheinsberg is a good spot for anglers (peaceful and predatory fish) and cyclists and hikers can also enjoy an excursion in the undisturbed and tranquil natural surroundings of the region, where there is an inn as well as boat, canoe and bicycle hire. The former residential town of Rheinsberg with its imposing palace complex, the old town worth seeing with numerous restaurants and cafés, many shopping opportunities, passenger boat services and the swimming area at Grienericksee is approx. 4 km away."
