Nestled near Uzès, the luxury villa in Saint Siffret welcomes guests within its expansive space, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden that houses a heated pool (12 m x 5 m), a soothing spa, and a picturesque fountain. Situated within a lush green plot, this villa offers a serene escape, just a stone's throw away from the charming village of Saint Siffret and the picturesque city of Uzès.

The ground floor of the villa boasts various spaces, including a comfortable living room with plush sofas, a dining area, and a colonial-style TV/reading room. The fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms reside on this level, which benefit from ensures floor cooling in summer and floor heating in winter.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll find three air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms upstairs, including one with a vast terrace overlooking the garden.

The private heated pool (12 m x 5 m) is secured by an electric safety cover. Additionally, an above-ground whirlpool offers relaxation; however, extra supervision is advised for young children.

The villa is located in a residential area at about 2 km from the village's centre of Saint Siffret. In Saint Siffret you will find all the local shops: food, bakery, restaurants. More shopping can be found in Uzès or Saint Quentin la Poterie.
