Towards the center of the island you will find rolling landscapes and, of course, the unmissable, impressive volcano Etna. High above the sea, on the summit of Monte Meliuso, are the ruins of the ancient city of Gioiosa Guardia. If you make it up here, you can enjoy a wonderful view and feel the pulse of history. You can also explore the Nebrodi National Park.
