The location of the building alone, which sits enthroned in the middle of the countryside, has a relaxing effect. The very well-kept outdoor area invites you to enjoy the day carefree. You can do this, for example, by sitting under the airy sun canopy in the beach/barbecue area at the long stone table, your feet in the white sand, sipping a summer cocktail and gazing at the tall palm tree, or relaxing on one of the comfortable loungers by the pool.
Chlorine-free water caresses the skin as you refresh yourself in the 11 metre long and 5 metre wide pool with a small waterfall. The adjoining shallow water area with integrated surrounding bench is suitable for both the little ones to splash around and the older holidaymakers to chill out.
Further comfortable seating and a fantastic view of the entire area can be found on the 3 terraces on the upper floor. Original seating including different perspectives of the outdoor area and beyond can be extensively tested in the open air; not forgetting the hammock, where you can relax at lofty heights from the upper floor.
What is already spacious on the outside is continued inside the house. Behind the large wooden door is a bright, spacious entrance area that immediately opens up access to several rooms. To the right is the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with gleaming surfaces and a large fridge. Oversized floor tiles and wooden beams on the ceiling provide a great ambience for carefree self-catering days. Here you can not only look out towards the pool while preparing your meal, but also step straight out through the glass door onto the covered terrace with its large dining table.
To the left of the entrance area is the modern living/dining room. The huge windows almost create a conservatory atmosphere! Two chic, bright bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a barrier-free double shower are also located on this level. Another living room awaits you on the upper floor, where you can relax on the large sofa and watch TV. The third bedroom is flooded with light and impresses with its size and direct access to the balcony. The second bathroom with a bathtub is also located here. From the living room there is
direct access to a second terrace and a roof terrace with great panoramic views.

A wide range of shopping facilities can be reached in just 15 minutes in Manacor with its large supermarkets and small shops or in 12 minutes in pretty Vilafranca to the weekly market.
