Surrounded by lush vegetation, the large garden plot offers plenty of privacy throughout the outdoor area. The wonderful round pool with a diameter of 10 metres and the barbecue area are just a few steps away from the covered terrace by the house. Feel free to walk barefoot under the starry sky all day and during the long summer nights. From the terrace by the house you also have a good view of the playground and the pool.
The covered terrace leads into the interior on the ground floor, where the cosy living area merges into a dining room. Directly adjacent is an open-plan, modern and well-equipped kitchen. Both the main living area and the three double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. One of the two bathrooms (one with a hydromassage bath, one with a walk-in shower) is located in the master bedroom. The house has stable internet reception, making it ideal for working from home.
The finca is located 6 km south of the village of Sa Pobla in the north-east of Mallorca. Sa Pobla and the town of Inca, 15 km away, offer several supermarkets and shopping facilities. The beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, such as Playa de Muro, Son Bauló or the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car.
