The beautiful natural stone house Sa Font Calenta Fonteta is situated on a small hill in the middle of the gentle hilly landscape north of Artá. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, the holiday home offers a wonderful view of the idyllic countryside in the east of Mallorca. Adjacent to the house there is a large covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a summer kitchen. Here you can barbecue with friends or family as you please and feast in the open air. Another, semi-covered terrace offers a second, cosy dining area surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Both terraces are adjoined by a well-tended lawn. A short flight of steps leads down to the pool. Here, too, you have a fantastic view of the hilly landscape. The pool area is south-east facing and offers plenty of privacy.

The living space of the holiday home is spread over two levels. The interior is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. A spacious reception room leads into a cosy living area with a fireplace and adjoining dining area. Several French doors lead out onto the terraces and flood the rooms with plenty of natural daylight. Adjacent to the dining area is a spacious, fully equipped country-style kitchen. The kitchen has its own access to the terrace. There is also a guest WC and a utility room on the ground floor. A bright office with a cosy reading corner awaits you on the upper floor. From here you can access the three beautifully designed double bedrooms. One of them has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a private terrace. The other two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower. All three sleeping areas have plenty of storage space and great views of the picturesque countryside. The holiday home is located in a hilly landscape in the north-east of Mallorca. Within a 15-minute drive you can reach Artá with its shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches of Cala Agulla or Cala Gat are 20 minutes away. The Capdepera golf course is 6 km away.
