Rustic working farm "Casale Fonte", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 1 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 44 km from the sea. Private: large garden (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change weekly. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house.     “Da wir schon letztes Jahr bei Ihnen unser Ferienobjekt gebucht haben und sehr zufrieden waren, wagten wir es dieses noch einmal. Leider war das keine gute Entscheidung, da weder die Fotos noch die Beschreibung auf Ihrer Internet-Seite dem Objekt entsprachen. Das Objekt war gerade neu erbaut und deshalb nur halbfertig. So gab es teilweise keine Lampen, keine Spiegel in den Bädern, der Kamin funktionierte noch nicht. Besonders belastend bei einem Urlaub mit Kleinkindern war, das das Umfeld noch nicht begrünt und der Rasen gerade erst frisch gesät war. Was überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung entsprach war die Anzahl der Zimmer. So gab es nicht 3 Schlafzimmer, sondern eine Familie mußte auf der Galerie schlafen, was mit Kleinkindern sehr schwierig ist. Auch der Swimmingpool sollte besser als Planschbecken ausgeschrieben werden.
