The holiday home is located opposite the northern tip of the island of Euböa, called Evia in the national language. It is the second largest island in Greece after Crete and pulls down to Athens. The 3000sqm property is located directly on the beach. You can park your car through a seven-meter-wide gate directly in front of the house and only have to carry your luggage a few meters.
In the evening, they have a fantastic view of the sea of lights from the lower terrace as well as from the spacious upper terrace and the verandas and turn right towards the Mainland in the course of which it goes to Athens.
If you want to go out, both beach bar and café are within walking distance. A few hundred meters away, just before the port, I recommend the tavern KAVOS. It is one of the best places to eat in the area. There you will receive your house key and have the catalog for the home delivery given to you.
You should also drive the three kilometers to the neighboring village of Raches to enjoy pizza, ice cream or a drink directly at the harbor. 18 km away in Stilida there is a Lidl and in the morning the fish market.
It is only 51 km from Volos airport to the front door. It is best to reserve a rental car in advance. The price of the accommodation includes all additional costs, except for the deposit.
