Beautiful cosy outbuilding in a villa in a panoramic and peaceful position on the side of a hill (250 m a.s.l.) in Grottaferrata (all kinds of shops). Here you have a view of Rome that reaches as far as the Tyrrhenian Sea. The outbuilding is located in a residential area, in the upper park of the garden of a villa where the owners live. In the area below there is another garden with swimming pool which is shared with the owners. Access to the accommodation by means of a stairway with 50 stairs. The accomodation is situated only approx. 20 km from Rome, which you can reach in 20 minutes by a convenient train. There is 1.5 km to Frascati, 12 km to Castelgandolofo and its lake, 30 km to the sea and you have got only a few minutes by car to the lakes of Albano and Nemi.
