House in a quiet area and near the sea, air-conditioned and with private parking. pets welcome

You will find in this pleasant house a relaxing and fantastic atmosphere to enjoy your holidays with your children and pets. Located in a quiet area of Miami Platja and in the town centre. A few minutes walk from the beaches. A 4 minute walk from the Consum shopping centre, restaurants and tapas bars. The house is all surrounded by hedges to have a stay with personal privacy. With communal garden area and 2 swimming pools. You can cook on the barbecue in the private garden. Parking is no problem, it is free of charge all over Miami. There are also bike paths on the promenades along the cliffs and beaches. A charming environment to enjoy nature, the sea and the beautiful mountains. Well communicated with other nearby towns by fast roads. The Costa Dorada is known for its fine sandy beaches and hidden coves with crystal clear waters. From diving and water skiing to windsurfing. The small fishing villages in the area are also worth a detour, especially for the regional culinary offerings. The area also offers a wide range of day trips for the whole family, such as the Port Aventura amusement park. Go to Peñiscola, or river fishing in the Ebro Delta.



Beautiful and discreet two-story semi-detached house, in a residential complex with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Beaches 15 minutes walk. Very quiet area. There are no clubs or bars in the area. There's no noise. Located inside the town. Large community pool and a small one for children. Private garden in the house, with private barbecue. Private parking closed with a fence in the interior patio of the house. With direct access to the community garden of the swimming pools with visibility from the house. Conduction air conditioning in the rooms. Fan on the roof of the terrace and in the dining room. There are 3 rooms upstairs. A double room with a 150 cm double bed. Another room with two single beds. A room with a bunk bed with an extra mattress in case three children want to stay in the same room. Ideally 6 adults and three children, but there can be 8 adults. In the living room there is a 150 cm Italian model sofa bed. A chair for a child-Baby. Full bathroom on the upper floor. From the rooms direct access to the Terrace-Solarium with views of the pool. On the ground floor is the independent kitchen. With all the utensils, and a bathroom with shower. LG-42” Television, connected to 2 Satellites (Astra+hotbird). It has a covered terrace to eat outside the house. In the kitchen there is a Vitroceramic hob with electric oven, new LG washing machine. The new LG fridge-freezer. Linx Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster. Juicer. Nexpresso capsule coffee machine. With all the complete kitchen utensils and more than necessary. There is plenty of parking space on the street. The population of Miami Platja does not have paid parking meters. It is always free in the entire population. 250 meters from the Supermarket and Pizzeria. Rotisserie, etc.

There is a small verandah and a 71 m² private garden with a grill/barbecue area. In addition, of course, you are free to use the communal garden.     “Alles bestens!!! Immer wieder gerne.
    Die Besitzer Carlos und Carmen sehr, sehr freundlich. Etwas hellhörig aber nicht soo schlimm.Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Supper Terrasse. Etwas zu hohe einfahrt für unser Auto gewesen, gabs aber genug Parkplätze vor dem Haus!!!

    “Das Haus war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Strand ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Tankstelle auch nicht weit entfernt. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Reihenendhaus einer im U-Form angeordneten Häuserreihe. In deren Mitte befindet sich ein Garten mit Pool der von allen Bewohneren, meist Einheimische die zu Ferienzeiten selbst vor Ort sind. Optimal um Spanischkenntisse aufzufrischen.
    Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand stets für einem Rat oder Hilfe zur Seite, wenn man ihn benötigte.
    Das Haus ist geräumig, mit eigenem Parkplatz vor dem Haus und eine nichteinsehbare Terasse auf der Rückseite zum Garten. Hier konnte man in Ruhe Grillen und Essen oder auch spielen.
    Wir können das Haus sehr gut weiter empfehlen!”

    “Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Miami Platja. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Anlage verfügt über einen sehr schönen Gemeinschaftspool mit Zugang direkt von der Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen und mit Tipps bezüglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schönen Stränden, sehenswerten Städten und einer sehr günstigen Tankstelle versorgt. Er stand immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

    Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.”

    “Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist von allem genug für 6 Personen und mehr vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber! Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht das Haus immer in einem Top Zustand zu halten und sollte mal etwas nicht so sein wie gewünscht, versucht er alles mögliche es in Ordnung zu bringen.”

    “Bei unserer Ankunft kam der Vermieter direkt auf uns zu, es gab eine freundliche, informative Schlüsselübergabe. Das Haus war sehr sauber und macht einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Alles was in einem Ferienhaus in den ersten Tagen benötigt wird, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben das wunderbare Eckhaus mit ruhiger Lage zu 7 Personen bewohnt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage ist ideal für ruhesuchende Familien. Es gibt eine überdachte windstille Terrasse und eine große zum Relaxen. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Supermarkt indem man morgens frisches Brot bekommt. Pizzeria, Hähnchengrill ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt, weitere Restaurants sind im Ort, alle fußläufig zu erreichen. In Miami Platja gibt es verschiedene Strandbuchten, die in etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen sind. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.”
