Holiday home suitable for 2 families with 3 bathrooms

The detached holiday home built in 2004 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Cesarica, 20 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
