From this modern villa on two levels you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Akamas peninsula and the bay of Latchi. Each of the bedrooms, which are located down on the pool level, has a beautiful en suite bathroom. The pool, which is available all year round and has an integrated whirlpool in one corner, can be activated for a fee payable on site. Air conditioning and heating in the living room and bedrooms are also available for an extra charge. In the colder months of the year, the fireplace in the living room is the crowning glory of a cozy, homely atmosphere.

    “Die Lage der Villa ist echt super. Die Sicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang von der eigenen Terrasse aus - einfach unbezahlbar.
    Vom Pool aus ist die Sicht auf das Meer leider durch Büsche etc. verhindert. Das wäre noch ein zusätzliches Highlight gewesen.
    Rechts und links der Villa gibt es jeweils ein Nachbarshaus. Falls diese von lauten Feriengästen bewohnt werden, könnte das etwas lästig sein. Außerdem gibt es keinen Sichtschutz zwischen der eigenen Terrasse und der des rechten Nachbars. Beide Terrassen sind gegenseitig vollständig einsehbar. Das Pool- und Außenanlage ist nicht einsehbar.
    An Zustand und Ausstattung der Villa gibt es nichts zu mäkeln. Auch ein Carport ist vorhanden, was im Sommer sehr nützlich ist.
    Möchte man die Klimaanlage im Haus nutzen, kostet es leider extra. Das war uns vorher nicht klar gewesen.”
