Balcón de Válor es un Centro de Turismo Rural compuesto por 9 viviendas independientes, con capacidad entre 2 y 8 plazas, ubicadas dentro de una finca de 10.000 m2 en el Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada, en pleno corazón de La Alpujarra, y distribuidas como si de un tradicional barrio de la comarca se tratara. El complejo dispone de piscina, parque infantil, barbacoas, aparcamiento, amplias calles, plazas y zonas ajardinadas.
Cada vivienda dispone de cocina totalmente equipada, lencería de cama y baño, salón con chimenea y TV color, equipo multimedia, internet wifi gratis, calefacción mediante caldera de gas y radiadores o suelo radiante, así como terrazas, balcones o porches con excelentes vistas. Algunas de nuestras casas disponen de jacuzzi o cabina de hidromasaje.
Debido al céntrico enclave de Válor dentro de la comarca de La Alpujarra, es el sitio ideal desde el cual realizar múltiples recorridos a pie, en coche o en bicicleta para conocer la comarca, practicar deportes de invierno en el Puerto de La Ragua o disfrutar de las actividades de naturaleza y aventura que ofrecen diversas empresas en la zona.
Balcón de Válor - House 9
It is located in the Balcón de Válor Rural complex in the heart of the region of La Alpujarra and within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket and all the services of the village. The complex is made up of 9 rural houses with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and is located on a 10000 m2 estate on the edge of the village, in the region of La Alpujarra and within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. The complex is laid out like a traditional Alpujarra neighbourhood. It has marvellous views over the village and the region, swimming pool (open only in summer, check exact dates), barbecues, children's playground, large garden areas, washing machines (for a fee) and parking.
After passing through a beautiful traditional wooden gate, an entrance hallway welcomes you to this magnificent house that sleeps eight people (which can be extended to 12 people with four extra beds, at an additional cost). To the left of the entrance hall, and after crossing an original porch with wooden beams and pillars, we find a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen separated from it by a bar made of old brick and wood. The hand-painted tiles, the tiled worktop and the furniture made of old brick and wooden doors are the characteristic elements of this kitchen. At the other end of the ground floor is a very spacious double bedroom with two 105 cm beds. On this floor there is also an original bathroom in which the mixture of modern design and traditional materials is its essential feature. On the upper floor there is a terrace with magnificent views of the village and the region and three large double bedrooms decorated with care, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two 105 cm beds. A spacious bathroom, built on two levels, with marble countertops, washbasins made of handmade ceramic basins and a built-in bathtub, completes the rooms on this floor. It has a private barbecue area with a covered area. It has a careful decoration and a complete equipment: fireplace, underfloor heating, underfloor cooling, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, complete kitchenware, TV, DVD, free WIFI, iron and ironing board, terrace furniture, ....
