“This is an older house with 2 single apartments at ground floor and first floor. We had the ground floor apartment. Kitchen is old but well function. Due to high temperatures we had all doors and windows open all times and in this condition there is annoying traffic noise special during the night time. The photo which shows the beach is not taken from the house but from the road between. The house is in second row of house from the road. The cleaning condition and the function of the house was ok. The placement of house is perfect for people which don't want party and fun in the backyard, but able to get this in short walking distance. “Ausstattung: Spülmaschine wäscht mit stinkendem milchigem Wasser, Kühlschrank ordentlich groß, ansonsten alles minimal eingerichtet, teils sehr alte Möbel, alles riecht vermodert, nicht vertrauenerweckend, wenige Steckdosen, insgesamt unsauber, Geschirr haben wir erst mal gespült, Dusche in Badewanne ohne Vorhang (also eigentlich keine Dusche), Toilettenkammer ohne Waschbecken.

Wahrscheinlich haben nur die Vormieter durchgefegt, intensiver wurde wohl nicht geputzt. Aussicht sehr gut, über Bäume hinweg aufs Wasser. Sehr laute Geräusche durch angrenzende Hauptstraße die ganze Nacht hindurch, das ist sehr störend. Der eine Minute entfernte Strand ist nicht sehr schön, natürlich kann man mal Baden, aber eine fünfminütige Autofahrt wird mit gutem Sandstrand belohnt.

Fernseher neu aber klein, Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche, Esszimmer, Balkon sind sehr geräumig. Große Parkfläche und großer Garten. Vermieterin ist freundlich und spricht recht gut Deutsch.”

“Das Haus befindet sich in angenehmer Lage, die obere Wohnung bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und ist sehr geräumig, überhaupt der große Balkon ist toll!
Leider haben wir die Wohnung alles andere als sauber vorgefunden, wir mussten erst zwei Stunden putzen, bis wir unser Gewand einräumen konnten.
Schlimm war auch der Lärm, den die unter uns wohnenden Holländer verursachten, oft bis in die Früh.”
