This pretty and luxurious holiday home is situated on a property of more than 20000 m2 and has a large swimming pool. At the upper side of the house, there is a small vineyard, where at the right time, you can participate in the harvest of grapes. The house is modern and has all the necessary appliances. It comprises three accommodation units, souterrain and a garage for two vehicles. The units are spacious and suitable for a group of friends or one large family. In the souterrain, there is an additional kitchen and space with tables and a projector. The house is surrounded with large terraces, from which there is a view on the green surroundings. Near the house, there is the Cetina river, where you can go on a rafting adventure. There is also the beautiful Peruca lake with sandy beaches. It is also possible to participate in paragliding on the nearby hill or horseback riding lessons in the local clubs, for which this region is famous. The distance to the sea is ca. 40 km, while the closest coastal town is Split, famous for its rich history and dating from the times of tsars. This place is excellent for an interesting holiday.
