The standig individually holiday home, built in 1826 and renovated in 2001 is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Trampoline.

In neighborhood holiday apartment is CSR RIG 424 (10 people). The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property. Parking in winter 50 m from the house at the neighbors house.
