The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. Location
Svoboda nad Úpou, 529 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The cottage is located in a park in a quiet location. The center of the village is 150 m. There are many cycling and hiking trails. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas). Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September. Pool always depends on the weather.
