The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1986, renovated in 2014 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet hillside location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, grill possibility and pavilion.

Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a 760 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
