Thanks to a renovation of an ancient palace were born "Belvedere Apartments", located in the central Corso Mattarella in Castellammare del Golfo, opposite the Town Hall and at only a hundred meters from the sea. The apartments are elegantly furnished, are the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday or a comfortable business trip, have independent entrance, air conditioning, safe, LCD TV, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with all comforts. Finally, handmade ceramics, paintings, decorations, hand-finished curtains, antique furniture, kitchen, all comforts. A short walk from the apartments you can find the main monuments, bars, restaurants, taverns, wine bars, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and .... the colorful 'Cala Marina' where every morning the fishermen sell fresh fish at low prices.

Attic flat "Antiche Scale"

The point closest to the apartments where bathing is possible less than three hundred meters away is called 'Cala Petrolo', a small beach with sand and pebbles.

"Antiche Scale" is a top floor apartment of a ladylike palace, cozy and comfortable, recently restored. Just in the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, it is an excellent solution to spend great holidays, because you can easily walk to the old town, and reach the sea in a few minutes’ walk. Furnished with taste and attention to detail, it consists of a double bedroom, lounge area with sofa bed and satellite television, kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences and appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and accessories; then bathroom with shower enclosure and a lovely, functional terrace overlooking the sea furnished with table and chairs. As well as the attic flat "Cerri", it can accommodate up to six people.

    “Es ist eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll sanierte und sehr saubere Wohnung in der Altstadt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine perfekte Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen. Würden sofort wieder buchen.”

    “Top-Lage im Städtchen: Zentral, aber ruhig (Fußgängerzone). Fantastischer Blick von der Dachterrasse. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, wirkte neuwertig, hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Sehr individueller Zuschnitt. Parkplätze in der Nähe, entweder kostenlos oder sehr günstig. Kleiner Nachteil: Der Wohn-/ Schlafraum war wegen der Dachschräge dunkel und niedrig.”

    “Bestechend ist die Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, aber eigentlich nicht bewohnbar. Das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer liegt in der Dachschräge, bei der man ab der Mitte des Raums den Kopf anschlägt. Außerdem gibt es in diesem großen Raum nur ein winziges Fenster, ohne Lampen geht gar nichts. Die Küche lädt auch nicht zum verweilen ein. Wir waren drei Wochen im August/September da und hatten gehofft, dass der große Trubel schon vorbei sei. Leider hat fast jeden Tag irgendeine Veranstaltung stattgefunden, die z.T. ohrenbetäubend bis nachts um zwei Uhr herauf gehallt hatte.
