    “Ausstattung: eher simpel und einfach - aus den 80er Jahren (auch die Betten / Matratzen)
    Lage: sehr schön, direkt am Rand der Ferienanlage, leider nur teilweise eingezäunt - zum Nachbarn gibt es nur eine Hecke, nach vorne keinerlei Absperrung! Wir sollten die alten Stühle aus Begrenzung hinstellen, was bei "normalen" Hunden leider nicht ausreichend ist.
    Zustand: sehr simpel, Waschmaschine ohne Schleuder, die gab es separat in der Küche.
    Sauberkeit: leider sehr dreckig, dreckiges Geschirr vom Vorgänger, dreckige Gabeln, unter dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer der Dreck von den letzten Jahren und auch die Fenster waren sehr dreckig und nicht geputzt.     Der Wintergarten ist sehr klein und nicht wirklich zum Aufenthalt von mehreren Personen gedacht. Aber um z.B. die Wäsche zu trocknen sehr geeignet. Das Radio funktionierte nicht, da es keine Antenne hat. Die Küchenlampe hatte ein Loch. Sehr enger PKW-Stellplatz. Super-freundliche Verwalterin.”

Bei schönem Wetter sind die Terrasse und das kleine Vorgärtchen super, bei Regen kann man in den Wintergarten "flüchten". Die Ausstattung ist mit Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Gefrier-Kühl-Kombi, Waschmaschine, Trockenschleuder, Fernseher und CD-Radio Top. Die Schlüssel-Gewährsfrau wohnt direkt gegenüber und hilft gern.”
