The villa consists of 4 residential units (on a maximum of two floors), in which different types of apartments are located.
The nearest beach for swimming is a concrete and stone beach, with a ladder leading into the sea, about 50 metres from the house. Nearby there are also beautiful pebbled bays. The bays are about 150-250 metres from the house and easy to get to on foot.
The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts and ensuring (hand) hygiene. For this reason, facilities such as e.g. Animation, kids club, swimming pool, wellness area and restaurants are expected to be closed by June 1, 2020 and may remain closed after June 1, 2020. As soon as the authorities give the green light again, the facilities will be opened again.
There are many facilities nearby which can be used for a fee. There is a large outdoor pool with pool bar, various restaurants, tennis courts, a modern sports center, playground and of course an Adriatic golf course. You can also use the wellness facilities for a fee, which are located in the spa of the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic.
A small shop with groceries is about 100 meters on the right, towards the Kempinski Hotel.
Various sights such as the Brijuni National Park on the southwestern coast of Istria is an island area with a wide variety of plants and animals. Visit Rovinj, one of the most romantic places in the Mediterranean.
Many activities and events are organized. Plan your next boat trip to the many islands where you can see dolphins in good weather and with little luck. Pula, the largest city on the Istrian peninsula. The tourist city is known for its many Roman buildings. The amphitheater is probably the most famous building in Pula.

Grünes Apartment Villa del Golfo, das an der Westküste von Istrien liegt, knapp hinter der Grenze zu Slowenien. Es liegt in der Ortschaft Crveni Vrh, nicht weit von Savudrija und in der Nähe von Umag. Villa del Golfo besteht aus 4 Wohneinheiten (auf maximal zwei Etagen), in denen sich verschiedene Typen Ferienwohnungen befinden. In der nähe befinden sich viele Einrichtungen welche gegen Bezahlung genutzt werden können. So gibt es ein großes Freibad mit Poolbar, verschiedene Restaurants, Tennisplätze, ein modernes Sportzentrum, Spielplatz und natürlich einen Golfplatz Adriatic. Auch können Sie die Wellness-Einrichtungen gegen Bezahlung nutzen, die sich in der Spa des Kempinski Hotel Adriatic befinden. Ein kleiner Laden mit Lebensmitteln befindet sich ca. 100 Meter auf der Rechten Seite, Richtung Kempinski Hotel. Verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. der Nationalpark Brijuni an der Südwestküste Istriens ist ein Inselgebiet mit großer Vielfalt an Pflanzen und Tieren. Besuchen Sie Rovinj, einer der romantischsten Orte des Mittelmeergebiets. Viele Aktivitäten und Events werden organisiert. Planen Sie Ihren nächsten Bootsausflug auf die vielen Inseln wo Sie bei guten Wetter und wenig Glück Delphine sehen können. Pula, die größte Stadt auf der Halbinsel Istrien. Die touristische Stadt ist bekannt für ihre vielen römischen Bauwerke. Das Amphitheater ist wohl das bekannteste Bauwerk von Pula. Die landesweite Politik ist darauf gerichtet, soziale Kontakte auf ein Minimum zu begrenzen und die (Hand-)Hygiene sicher zu stellen. Deswegen sind in sämtlichen Ferienparks Einrichtungen wie z.B. Animation, Kidsclub, Schwimmbad, Wellness-Bereich und Restaurants voraussichtlich bis zum 1. Juni geschlossen und können auch nach dem 1. Juni geschlossen bleiben. Sobald die Behörden wieder grünes Licht geben, werden die Einrichtungen wieder geöffnet.
Diese Apartment befindet sich Untergeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Großer Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche die alles hat was für die Zubereitung des Essens benötigt wird. Die Klimaanlage kühlt sie auch bei hohen Temperaturen. Von dort geht es in ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten. Weiter geht es links in das Bad mit Fenster. Darauf folgt rechts die Garderobe und das zweite große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.
Zum Abkühlen können Sie entweder ins nahe gelegene Meer oder in den hauseigenen Pool springen.
Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein 18-Loch Golfplatz und die Möglichkeit auf mehreren Plätzen Tennis zu spielen.
Vor dem Haus befinden sich mehrere hauseigene Parkplätze.
