Located in Haute-Corse near Venzolasca, a picturesque hamlet perched high above the sea in a kind of natural amphitheater, this delightful house welcomes you. It offers a pleasant living ambience and has a 400 m² enclosed outdoor area with shaded terraces for barbecuing, a pool and outdoor showers with hot and cold water. From this good location at the height of the island of Elba, it is only 400 meters to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Verde, and not far away stretches the beautiful mountainous region of Castagniccia. Also benefit from the seaside resort of Moriani Plage, 20 km away.

    “Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, direkt an ein Naturschutzgebiet angrenzend. Kurzer Fußweg zum fast menschenleeren Strand (durch das genannte Schutzgebiet ohne Verkehr; Strand sehr flach und gut für Kinder geeignet). Kleiner Laden im ca 500 Meter entfernten Feriendorf, in dem man morgens Croissant und Baguette bekommt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem PKW in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Kleine Restaurants im Bergdorf Venzolasca und Umgebung (zb U Fragnu mit corsischer Küche) ca. 8 km vom Haus entfernt.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut in Schuss. Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet (wir waren mit drei Kleinkindern dort).”

    “Kleines schönes Ambiente, unweit vom Meer, nettes Vermieterehepaar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesreisen über die Insel. Ferienhaus ca. 40 Min. von Bastia, 20 Min. vom Flughafen Bastia entfernt. Gutes Einkaufszentrum in 10 km Entfernung”

    “Frisch renoviert (etwas verändert gegenüber der Beschreibung), sehr nettes Besitzer-Ehepaar (Frau deutschsprachig) war vor Ort, hat gute Tipps gegeben und alles Neue (Geräte) gangbar gemacht. Haus sehr hübsch mit Blick auf Naturschutzgebiet, durch da man zum Meer gehen kann. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden es weiterempfehlen.”
