    “Ein insgesamt schönes Ferienhaus mit dem Privileg der Alleinnutzung. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, könnte aber teilweise erneuert werden (Geschirr, Besteck, Gasherd ohne Sicherheits-Gassperrventil (!!!) ). Die Bäder und Teile der Küche sind Standard der 80er Jahre und sehr renovierungsbedürftig; hier fließt z.B. die Dusche nicht richtig ab, Duschköpfe sind minderwertig, Armaturen abgeplatzt und der Spiegel blind. Der Küche fehlt ein zeitgemäßes Erscheinungsbild (Schränke, Wände). Der Gesamtpreis lässt sich angesichts der Bäder nicht mehr rechtfertigen! Ansonsten bietet die große Wohnung im ersten Stock viele Annehmlichkeiten, wie Spülmaschine (neu), Backofen (neu) und Waschmaschine (neu). Der Pool ist gepflegt, könnte aber eine stärkere Umwälzpumpe vertragen. Abschließbares, gepflegtes Grundstück mit schönem Garten und eigenem Boule-Platz hinterm Haus.
