Holiday Apartment in Rodì with Little Terrace
The impressive holiday house CASA BIANCA is in a typical little Sicilian alley in the little village of Rodi Milici. The building Casa Bianca, fully renovated in 2011, enjoys a central but quiet location near the historical centre. An advantage of the location is the peace and quiet of the narrow alleyway, without through traffic, just locals with their little cars and mopeds. It is perfect for an individual holiday surrounded by pure nature. It is not yet a typical tourist region and therefore still authentic.
The holiday apartment Casa Bianca Piccola is suitable for 2-4 people. It has a large bedroom, a living and dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a little terrace, as well as a shared roof terrace with an outdoor shower. The “yellow” bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, seating, air conditioning. The “white” living and dining room includes a generously equipped kitchen with a four-flame gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The living and dining room also has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a clothes stand, DVDs, CDs, books. Satellite TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet, a highchair, a children’s and supplementary bed, a highchair are also available. The “blue” bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and towels.
The apartment also has a little 12m² terrace with a table and chairs, a parasol and an outdoor washbasin, a pleasant outdoor space to have breakfast with an impressive panorama of the hilly surroundings, accessed from the living and dining room. There is also a washing machine on the terrace. The generous shared 150m² roof terrace provides garden tables and ample seating, deckchairs, a hammock, grill, sun shade and outdoor shower. It invites you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the great hilly landscape around Rodi Milici, either having breakfast at sunrise or reading a book in the deckchair during the day. You can cool off under the outdoor shower. In the evening, it is ideal for grilling or relaxing with a good meal and Sicilian wine.

The village Rodi Milici with around 2200 inhabitants belongs to Messina province on the north coast of Sicily. Rodi Milici is about 50km to the west of Messina and is characterised by peace and quiet. The historical centre has some little houses unchanged for decades, winding alleys where you can discover a wealth of blossoming flowers, a fascinating blend of the ancient and the modern. The locals are very open and friendly. Rodi and the beautiful surroundings are worth a trip at any time of year. The unique, indescribable nature is rare. In spring and early summer a wealth of blossom and greenery awaits you. You can go walking and cycling in very pleasant temperatures and then bathe in the waves of the nearby sea. In summer it is high season on the island, with many tourists and guaranteed sunny weather, although the beaches are still not too overcrowded. If you would prefer a quieter and more lonesome beach day, you will always find a quiet little spot. After the official high season, which ends around mid-September, a wonderful time starts for enjoying nature and the beach, almost alone and in peace and quiet, for walking and swimming, until the end of October. It is about 2km to Terme Vigliatore, 8km to Barcellona Poo di Gotto, 16km to Milazzo, 50km to Messina, 142km to Catania, 180km to Palermo and 280km to Trapani.
