Cosy cabin with a sauna, on the edge of a forest

The cabin is in a quiet location on the edge of a forest in Drübeck/Öhrenfeld and provides 70m² of living space for four adults.

The living room has a comfortable sitting corner, inviting you to relax in natural surroundings. The good interior climate allows healthy living around the clock. Allergy sufferers have even stated an improvement of their symptoms. The pure wood exudes a unique atmosphere, as well as warmth and cosiness. Satellite TV is available. There are two cosy double bedrooms ensuring a good night’s sleep. A supplementary bed is available. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, a full set of crockery for 6 people and a spacious dining space. After a wonderful walk or cycle tour you can visit the sauna and switch off from everyday life in the relaxation room.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace by the garden pond. A grill is available. Children can play in the garden. There are free parking spaces in front of the house.

Some canal and pipe work is being carried out on the street by the cabin until the end of September.

Nearby there is a forest swimming pool (ca. 500m). It is an ideal place for walks or mountain bike tours in the Harz region. It is 2km to Wernigerode with its sights (castle, town hall, old town etc.) and 4km to Ilsenburg with the beautiful Ilsetal. You can also visit the monastery with its gardens in Drübeck. There are two very good restaurants near the apartment.

    “Positiv: Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Ausstattung sehr modern auf dem neusten Stand ist. Alle Geräte waren in einem technisch einwandfreiem Zustand und sauber bzw gepflegt. Die Vermieterin hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlergehen informiert, aber keineswegs penetrant sondern einfach nur herzlich und lieb. Wir kommen gern wieder. Negativ: Gab es im Prinzip nichts. Man könnte über einen Treppenschutz für Kleinkinder nachdenken.”

    “Positiv: - Sehr nette und herzliche Betreuung der Vermieterin
    - angenehme Größe des Hauses, der Zimmer und der Betten
    - gut ausgestattete Küche mit "Starterpaket" (Lappen, Geschirrtuch, Geschirrspültab, Müllbeutel)
    - ruhige Umgebung mit sehr nahen Parkmöglichkeiten
    - schöne Sauna in angemessener Größe
    - das gesamte Haus ist sehr Sauber und gepflegt gehalten, kaum Abnutzungsspuren Negativ: - eine Mikrowelle wäre eine gute Ergänzung zur ansonsten guten Küchenausstattung Freizeit: Bad Harzburg,

    “Normalerweise bewerte ich nicht gerne, weil alles doch immer ein subjektives Empfinden ist. In diesem Fall ist es mir aber ein Anliegen. Alles ist mir viel Liebe zum Detail und Sorgfalt gerichtet. Wer hier nörgeln möchte, sollte einfach in seinem viel schöneren Zuhause bleiben, wenn das denn so ist. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und sagen herzlichen Dank! Positiv: Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Vermieter-Ehepaares, Ausstattung, die ruhige Wohnlage und die Nähe zu vielen tollen touristischen Zielen haben den Urlaub für uns sehr angenehm, interessant und kurzweilig gemacht. Ein Saunagang nach einem langen Aufenthalt in der Kälte hat alles perfekt abgerundet. Negativ: Auch nach langem Überlegen fällt mir da zum Glück nichts ein.”

    “Sehr gemütliches Holzhaus mit sehr schöner Terasse. Waren unsere ersten Nächte in solch einer Hütte und würden wieder sofort hinfahren. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und liebevolle Gastgeber.
    Gepflegt und einfach zum relaxen.”
