The farm house TASSOS 3 is on one property together with the holiday houses ELEONORA and TASSOS 1 and 2 in the south of Messenia, a few kilometres north of Koroni, in the quiet district Aghia Triada. TASSOS 3 is located in a beautiful and friendly setting between cypresses, vines and dense olive groves, on a wonderful high plateau above the sea and the extensive sandy beach. TASSOS 3 is set back approx. 20m behind the other houses.
The simple holiday house in the style of a farm house consists of an open bedroom with a small kitchenette. The bath has a separate entrance from outside via the side terrae of the house. Two beautiful roofed terraces provide soothing shade. From both of the terraces you can enjoy a free view across the vines, olive groves and the beautiful landscape of the beautiful coast line. The modest holiday house TASSOS 3 is ideal for 2 people wishing to spend a carefree holiday in a quiet and idyllic surrounding in the middle of nature.
The fine sandy beach Aghia Triada is one of the most romantic beaches of the region and is perfect for unforgettable holiday moments. In close distance of approx. 650m via serpentines there is a path and some steps (approx. 100m) that lead to this magnificent beach and the turquoise blue sea.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded location of the holiday houses AGGELIKI. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.

    “Das Haus liegt in einem Olivenhain, sehr ruhig. Es ist ferienmäßig ausgestattet, sauber und sehr leicht, sauber zu halten. Die fehlenden Geschirrtücher habe ich selbst gekauft. Die zu steile Einfahrt in den Hof hat den Unterboden unseres Fahrzeugs beschädigt. Vorsicht!     “Durch einen Neubau (Rohbau) vor der Wohnung hat man keinerlei Aussicht mehr zum Meer. Die Matratzen waren völlig hinüber. Nachbarhund hat die kompletten Nächte gebellt. Schlafen war nicht möglich. Vermieter spricht weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Dies hat die Problembesprechung vor Ort erschwert.”

    “Vielen Dank für die Hinweise. Der Neubau vor dem Haus, ist uns leider erst jetzt gemeldet worden. Die Beschreibung des Hauses haben wir entsprechend angepasst.
    Wir bedauern, dass Sie nicht vorher informiert wurden. Nach Ihrer Meldung haben wir uns umgehend bemüht den Besitzer des Hundes ausfindig zu machen und dafür gesorgt, dass dieser nicht mehr auf dem Nachbargrundstück sich aufhält. Eine Kundin die bis 2.06.2011 im Nachbarhaus (ca. 7 m entfernt, gleicher Vermieter) gewohnt hat, schreibt folgende Bewertung: "Für Ruhesuchende sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe mich in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, aber diskret."”
