Charming luxury villa on the top of a hill overlooking a broad valley. In the completely fenced grounds there is also the villa of the owners who stay on site for maintenance purposes only. There is a private garden with swimming pool, porch and an external kitchen for wonderful outdoor dining experiences. There is also a covered parking area for 2 cars and air conditioning is available on the first floor. The villa is located only 6km from the medieval city of Orvieto. This remarkable Etruscan city is rich in historic buildings, perhaps the most famous example is the impressive cathedral. Lake Bolsena is also only 31km away.
