    “Die Lage (zum Meer) und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind gut bis sehr gut. Die Größe der Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht. Wofür es aber deutliche Punktabzüge gibt, ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung: Noch nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, kein Spülschwamm o.ä. in der Küche, die Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck sind auf das wirklich nötigste beschränkt, kein Wischer für's Bad - es fehlte eigentlich Alles. Durch das direkt gegenüberliegende Objekt und das Restaurant am Kopf dieser Anlage ist es vor allem Abends lebhaft, jedoch war es spätestens 23 Uhr ruhig.”

    “Gentile Cliente, la ringraziamo per la recensione. Sicuramente valuteremo i suoi consigli per offrire un miglior soggiorno ai nostri clienti.
    La mancanza di rotoli di carta igienica, spugne per la cucina e stracci per la pulizia, sono da riferirsi al fatto che essendo una gestione di un appartamento privato non inserito in una struttura Residence (dove ci sono tutti appartamenti gestiti per l'affitto estivo, come per esempio le stanze di un Hotel), rimane di difficile gestione preparare/consegnare l'appartamento con tutti i servizi sopra citati, per questioni logistiche. Infatti nelle descrizioni degli appartamenti, informiamo che non sono forniti determinati servizi.
    Comunque valuteremo un modo idoneo per cercare di fornire gli appartamenti anche di queste cose.
    La ringraziamo e speriamo di avervi ancora ospiti a Villa Rosa. Ciao!”

    “Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend, wunderschöne Aussicht zum Meer, Balkon schön groß. Die Entfernung zum Strand war genial, sehr schöne Strandbar, sehr gute Küche, nettes Personal. Mit kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, viele Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden und das Meer ist sehr flach.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber entsprach genau der Beschreibung, super tolle Aussicht auf das Meer vom wunderschönen Balkon war Juli 2013 mit meinen Kindern dort und fahren dieses Jahr wieder dort hin. Auch die Betreuung durch das Büro der Agenzia solemare war Top und ich freue mich schon auf ein wiedersehen.”
