Es handelt sich um eine schöne Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit Blick auf den Berg Monviso.
Den Gästen steht eine ca. 12m ² große Terrasse zu Verfügung, mit Esstisch, vier Stühlen und einem Grill. Im Sommer ist hier der ideale Ort um an der frischen Luft zu Mittag und zu Abend zu essen. Darüberhinaus gehört eine Garage (für kleine Autos) zum Haus. Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Gebäude.
