Ekenäs gilt als malerische Idylle und liegt südlich von Kalmar, am Kalmarsund. Hier steht nahe einer alten Bootswerft, wo noch heute einige Segel- und Fischerboote im Dock liegen, dieses Haus, das einst als Gemeinschaftsküche der kleinen Ferienhauskolonie ringsum diente. Innen offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich sowie 2 SZ und Bad m. Dusche/WC und Waschmaschine. Etwa 100 m vom Haus zum kl. Hafen, in dem auch das zugehörige Ruderboot vertäut ist. Kleines Badeufer dort, zudem etwas größeres wenige hundert Meter weiter. Etwa 30 Min. Anfahrt nach Kalmar, mit Brückenverbindung zur Ferieninsel Öland.

    “der er dejlige udendørsfaciliteter med båd og kano og ikke langt til vand på begge sider af huset.
    rengøringen var ikke særlig god, og boligen ikke særlig hyggelig, det er en god bolig hvis der er godt vejr, men vi kunne ikke forestille os at bo i huset i dårlig vejr.
    rimelig langt til indkøb, men man er jo tit ude at køre for at se noget så det betyder ikke noget.
