Modern apartment near the centre with a terrace and a parking space

This beautiful apartment is in a quiet part of town, but near the town centre, just five minutes from the historic centre. It measures 62m² and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a big living and dining room with a dining table and four chairs, a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a luxurious interior and provides every comfort and convenience. It is equipped with air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, wireless Internet access, a washing machine, crockery, cutlery, hand towels and bed linen.

Behind the house there is a terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment also has its own lockable car parking space. The owner can provide transport into town or to the beach on request.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und läsdz keine Wünsche offen. Die historische Altstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Netter Vermieter vor Ort.”
