Spacious Apartment in Saumane-De-Vaucluse with Common Pool and Wonderful View

This holiday apartment is in a Provençal country house, on a six-hectare plot of land with forest and fruit orchards. The house is very quietly situated, without immediate neighbours, very close to the forest and far from traffic noise. The town of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is just five kilometres away. The owners live on site.

The site has a beautiful outdoor area with a 10 x 5-metre saltwater pool with a pool house, for shared use. Around the pool there are deckchairs and parasols. There are also an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet. The boules area and the darts board provide entertainment. There is also a sandpit for children. The furnished terrace in front of the house has an awning and invites you to dine outdoors. You can enjoy a lovely open view of the Luberon mountain chain and the Vaucluse mountains.

The spacious apartment for six people has its own separate entrance. It has a comfortable and cosy interior and provides everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing holiday. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a single bed, bedside tables and a cupboard. A cot can be provided on request, instead of the single bed. The bathroom has a washbasin and a shower. The WC is separate. The open kitchen is modern and fully-equipped, including a microwave and a dishwasher. The dining room has a big dining table with six chairs, where you can sit and enjoy meals together. A couple of steps lead from the dining space down into the comfortable living room with a sofa bed, armchairs and a TV. As the summers can get very hot, the apartment is fitted with air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available.

The lovely landscape of Provence and the nearby forest invite you to go on long walks. Owing to the convenient location, there are shops and restaurants not far from the apartment. The tourist destinations around Vaucluse are also within easy access. There is a lot to visit and experience within 50 kilometres. Museums, castles, Provençal markets are waiting to be explored. Don’t miss the picturesque, wooden paddle wheels in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
