This villa with pool in Chianti is located in an absolutely tranquil area at only 3 km from the spa town of Casciana Terme.

Originally a farmhouse, the building has been restored with its original architectural characteristics.

 

The country villa is on two floors and can host up to 11 people (with an additional bed if required). On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fire place, another living-dining room, a small kitchen, and a bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed with a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a large dining-room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine), 2 living-rooms (one with a double sofa bed), 3 bedrooms (two doubles, of which one with an additional single bed, and a twin bedroom) and two bathrooms (one fitted with shower and one with tub and shower head). Wi-Fi, stereo and hairdryers available.

 

This holiday home is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for relaxing and letting the children play, with a swimming pool (12x6, open May-Oct). Also available is a barbecue, a gazebo, which together with the trees offers shade during the hotter summer days, as well as a table tennis table, a beach volley field, dartboard and a table football.

 

Here you can enjoy picking and tasting the fruit from the various trees around the villa, according to season, such as peaches, apples, figs, blackberries and chestnuts. It is also possible to spot various animals, such as rabbits, pheasants, roe deer and crested porcupines, at sunrise and sunset. Pets accepted.

An ideal accommodation in Tuscany both for those who wish to spend a quiet holiday far from the madding crowd and for those who have cultural and art interests.

    “Einfach gigantisch! Die Villa Casa Rossa ist unglaublich schön, liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das riesengroße Grundstück und der schöne Pool sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen, Auflagen, ein Gartenhäuschen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen gemauerten Grill, den wir häufig benutzt haben. An den Wochenenden haben wir auch die sehr netten Eigentümer kennengelernt. Fast täglich kommt ein ebenfalls sehr freundlicher Verwalter und hilft bei Problemen bzw. wässert die Blumen. Die Casa Rossa liegt absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Wir haben mit 7 Personen (4 Erw. und 3 Kinder) einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht.”

    Dir Bilder im Internet können die Schönheit des Hauses und des ganzen Anwesens nur bedingt widergeben. Es ist in Wirklichkeit viel schöner und größer, Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
    Dazu trug auch die große Herzlichkeit des Hauswarts Fabrizio und der Vermieter Simona und Federico bei.Uns fehlte es an nichts!!
    Fast überflüssig zu sagen, dass das Haus picobello sauber und bestens ausgestattet war.
    Die Atmosphäre ist einfach wunderbar. Die Blicke aus den Fenstern ebenso.
    Es ist schwer all das Schöne und Überwältigende in kurze Sätze zu fassen.
    Wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns allein. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus sehr großen, representativen Räumen. Im 1. Stock haben wir uns hauptsächlich aufgehalten. Der große Eßraum war herrlich für das Abendessen. Die schmale Küche herrlich gemütlich am Morgen für das sonnige Frühstück. Der Garten hervorragend zum Relaxen, Schwimmen, Grillen.
    Wir hörten die Nachtigall nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit, sahen Glühwürmchen, mal einen echten Hssen, Eichelhäher und vor allem Fasane.
    Wir wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben!!
