This beautiful four bedroom duplex penthouse apartment is extremely spacious and decorated to a high standard throughout. Perfectly situated only 200 metres from the beach with access from the complex gardens, where there are two chiringuitos (beach restaurants). Set in a very tranquil complex, with amazing gardens, swimming pools, padel tennis and children's play area, this beach side complex is within a short drive of some of the finest golf courses on the coast. The famous towns and ports of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 10 and 15 minutes drive away respectively. Malaga Airport is just a 30 minute drive. There are a selection of restaurants and bars as well as a large supermarket within walking distance, and the famous Nikki Beach Resort at the Don Carlos Hotel is just 4kms away.

This penthouse duplex apartment has an incredibly spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors leading onto two terraces, one of which is very large and overlooks one of the beautiful pools. There are four bedrooms. The master is on the upper floor and has a super-kingsize bed, full en-suite bathroom and access to the large roof terrace with beautiful mountain and partial sea views. The second bedroom, on the main entrance level, has twin beds and a full ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a super-kingsize bed and the fourth has a kingsize bed. Both of these share a separate shower room. The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped, and has a useful utility room. There is private underground parking and lift access.
