Large vacation home in beautiful countryside near Rø Golf Course
The vacation house is situated on the periphery of the small town Rø.
The 172 sqm house is divided on two floors and there are partial ocean views
of the Baltic Sea. The ground floor has three rooms, two large rooms of 28 sqm each and a third of about 15 sqm. One of the big rooms is the living room and the other two serve as
dining rooms. In the living room there is a fireplace, stereo, color TV with satellite reception. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, etc. Finally, there is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, faucet and bathtub. On the first floor there is the stair landing two single beds. In addition, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with views of the golf course. The other two bedrooms has two single beds each.
The house furthermore features a terrace and has good sunny spots. The house has both air solar heating, fireplace and heat pump.
The house is situated close to Helligdomsklipperne and to Bornholm Art Museum and 200 meters from Rø Golf Course wih 2x18 holes
