Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Nordleda, einem Gemeindeteil der Samtgemeinde Otterndorf und ist etwa 8 km vom Ortskern Otterndorf entfernt.



Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen kleinen Seitenstraße und ist von einem großen gepflegten Garten mit altem Baumbestand umgeben.



Mehrere Sitzecken laden zum Ausruhen und Verweilen ein. Gartenliegen und ein Grill stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.



Ein großer Parkplatz , ein Carport und ein Raum zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, für Kinder sind große Flächen zum Spielen vorhanden.



Einkauf-Service vor der Anreise und auf Wunsch Brötchenservice. Die Wohnung steht am Anreisetag ab 14.00 Uhr zur Verfügung und ist am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr zu übergeben. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich schöne Rand- und Wanderwege. Hallenbäder sind in Otterndorf, Bad Bederkesa sowie in Cuxhaven. Von Cuxhaven aus hat man die Möglichkeit Wattwagenfahrten bzw. Wattwanderungen zur Insel Neuwerk zu unternehmen. Auf Wunsch gibt es einen Brötchenservice. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett :) Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wunderbar .Die FeWo liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Lage umgeben von Maisfeldern - jederzeit würde ich dieses Objekt wieder mieten und weiterempfehlen”
