Quietly located holiday apartment surrounded by greenery, with a private pool

This agriturismo is an old stone country house. Surrounded by forests and olive groves, it is located on a small hill that is encircled by a Montalbano valley. Therefore it is the ideal place to enjoy peace and quiet and to relax.

The living space of holiday apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor (approx. 35m²) there is a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The living room also comprises a kitchen unit, equipped with a gas and electric stove, fridge and a small oven. In the living room and in the kitchen there is a TV. On the first floor (approx. 35m²) there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Children’s beds or cots are available on request.
The holiday apartment is surrounded by a 3-hectare garden. Outdoors there is a swimming pool available exclusively for guests, a terrace, a loggia, a veranda, a grill corner, as well as various terraces equipped with garden furniture. There are playing options for children. A private car parking space is available.

The agriturismo manufactures olive oil and honey.

San Baronto is a small village in the Tuscan interior and a good starting point for visiting Montecatini, Pistoia, the Chianti region and art towns such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa etc.

    “Ein super Klasse Urlaub in der Toscana.
    Das Haus ist wie man es erwartet, typisch rustikal toscanisch eingerichtet, es ist sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet.
    Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, man kann alles nutzen, Pool, alle Sitzecken, Liegen, Terrasse, Grill u.s.w..
    Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein goßzügiger Geschenkekorb stand ebenfalls für uns bereit.
    Wir wurden von Walter und Emanuela bei einen Pizzaessen, aus dem eigenem Ofen, sehr freundlich bewirtet und die Pizzen waren super lecker.

    Besten Dank an Walter und Emanuela, wir kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Einer meiner schönsten Urlaube überhaupt in meinem Leben.
    Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sich viel ums Wohlergehen kümmern.
    Verständigung klappte trotz leichter Sprachbarrieren sehr gut.
    In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man so braucht für den Alltag und draußen ist das Ambiente nahezu perfekt.
    Werde ab jetzt regelmäßig hier Urlaub machen, auch wenn ich erst wieder in 2 Jahren kann.
    Freue mich jetzt schon sehr.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hübsch und rustikal. Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes Gebäude, daher ist die Decke im Untergeschoss recht niedrig. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Vermieter haben an alle Bedürfnisse für Urlauber gedacht, wie zum Beispiel: Küchenrolle, Spaghetti, Zucker, Salz. Der Swimmingpool ist relativ groß und gepflegt. Auf dem gesamten Areal hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegende toskanische Hügellandschaft.”
