The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet location at the edge of the woods. Please note that in the period 2023-2025 there will be road works in the area, which can be heard to some degree inside the building, usually between 7am and 4pm on weekdays. The Rennsteig , with its 168 km is just 3 km. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
