This house with three apartments is located in a small fishing village just a few meters from the sea. The house is located in a strategic position between Etna, Syracuse, Taormina, Catania. Near the house there are restaurants, bars, market, everything is within walking distance. The owner lives on the first floor of the house and is available to help guests.

All accommodations have fully equipped kitchen, two have double sofa bed in the kitchen, all apartments have a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. Twelve people can stay in this room and have satellite television and air conditioning at their disposal. The apartments are located on the ground, first and second floors. The apartment on the second floor has a terrace overlooking the volcano Etna and from one side you can see the sea

In the courtyard on the ground floor of private use are sun loungers and table with chairs to relax and have meals in total relaxation. Available on the ground floor of barbecue that can be used by all guests. Near the house there is a parking lot.

Cars with driver are available. Each apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Tenants rented throughout the year also live in the structure. Use of internet access via Wifi is free.

The beach is about 100 m away and can be reached on foot along an easy access road that leads to the sea. The village center with restaurants and supermarkets is about 300 m away.
Near the house there is a bus stop, about 2 km there is the train station.

Adriana casa vacanze was created from my interest in wanting to let people get to know my land, Sicily, with a thousand different colours, unique sceneries, and where the sea and the mountain are an integrated part of everyday life. The vacation homes are situated near the sea in Stazzo, a small touristic town near Acireale (Catania), just a twenty minute drive to the beautiful Taormina Beaches and to the mountain destinations on Etna.

The three apartments were built between 2006 and 2009, and are furnished with great attention to detail so that our guests feel right at home. All three homes include garage or parking area, are indicated for families also with small children, or couples who just wish to spend a weekend.
The apartments are only 160 steps from the sea, and is in a very calm and peaceful setting year-round.

The house is furnished in Sicilian style, there are many colors and souvenirs typical of the place. The atmosphere is warm thanks to the yellow color c. There is a terrace with a view of Mount Etna, where you can have your meals, or where you can sunbathe. There are garages and private parking. The house is equipped with household appliances and linen.

The city of Acireale full of baroque and a hundred churches, here you can taste the best Sicilian granita. A few miles away is Catania with the fish market, Taormina with the beautiful squares and the sandy beaches of Isola bella. Only thirty-five km away is the highest active volcano in Europe Etna. Reachable in just thirty minutes there are the extraordinary Alcantara gorges that flows from Etna and comes down to the valley near Giardini Naxos. In the southern part, just minutes away, there are wonderful cities such as Syracuse, Noto and Ragusa.
