The elegant and family-friendly house with its two holiday apartments is in a quiet location at the heart of Zell am Ziller.

Some parking spaces are available on site.

In the immediate vicinity you can find the town centre, the train station and the supermarket. Opposite the guesthouse there are a big leisure park with a children’s playground, bowling alleys, tennis courts and halls, a Zillertal cycle path, mini golf and a volleyball court, as well as a big outdoor swimming pool. It is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and cycle trips. The train station and bus stop are just 50 metres away.

The apartment is on the second floor and measures around 50m². It has two bedrooms each with a double bed and a washbasin. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The combined living and dining room has a sofa, a TV, a dining corner and a kitchen unit, which is fully-equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, stove, oven, toaster and all important cooking and eating utensils.

    “Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sollte etwas fehlen oder z.B. Neue Handtücher benötigt werden, kann man sich immer an die Vermieterin wenden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen. Auch mit Hund war es kein Problem.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sauber, Größe reicht vollkommen, Hunde geeignet, nette Vermieterin, wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.
    Wir werden dieses Objekt in ein paar Jahren wieder Buchen.

    “Wir können sagen, dass es wunderbar war- von der Lage aus-zentral-bus, Bahnhof vor dem Haus, Geschäfte, Restaurants, 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, das Bett super komfortabel und die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Vermieterin war die beste, die wir bis jetzt hatten, so nett und hilfreich. Es hat mich sehr beeindruckt wie nett sie mit unserer Hündin war, mit der sie täglich 2h spazieren gegangen ist. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Viele liebe Grüße an die Vermieterin ihren süßen Kater.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig (kostenloser WLAN Zugang). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und tierlieb. Wir haben einen Urlaub mit unseren Hunden gemacht und waren dort hervorragend aufgehoben.”
