Unsere Ferienwohnung besteht aus 1 Zimmer mit Dusche/WC, Balkon, Sat-TV und Wohnküche für bis zu 4 Personen und ist natürlich voll ausgestattet. Zum supergünstigen Fixpreis!

Unser Haus befindet sich inmitten eines schönen Bauerndorfes am Fusse der Burg Groppenstein etwa 2km vom Ortszentrum von Obervellach entfernt.

Zentral gelegen zwischen den beiden Skigebieten Ankogel Mallnitz und Mölltaler Gletscher. Beide Skigebiete können Sie gratis mit dem Skibus erreichen.

Wenn Ihnen die Lust zum Skifahren fehlt genießen Sie ein paar schöne Stunden im Sauna- und Erlebnisbad Obervellach, spielen tennis in der Tennishalle, oder machen einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang in der herrlichen Winterlandschaft des Mölltals.

Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge im wunderschönen Nationalpark Hohe Tauern oder Sie erkunden mit dem Fahrrad die ausgedehnten Fahrrad- und Mountainbikewege.

Ganz in unserer Nähe befinden sich auch zahlreiche Freizeiteinrichtungen und Ausflugsziele wie das Sauna- und Erlebnisbad Obervellach, Tennishalle mit Freiplätzen, Wildwasser-Rafting, Paraglideing, Minigolf, der Mölltaler Gletscher und vieles mehr.
